Mango Lassi

En uppfriskande mango lassi gjord på yoghurt, mjölk och mango, perfekt som en svalkande dryck.

Ingredienser:

plain yogurt 9 fluid ounces
milk 4 1/2 fluid ounces
canned mango pulp or fresh mango, stoned and sliced 4 1/2 fluid ounces
sugar 4 teaspoons

Gör så här

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into individual glasses and serve.
  3. Feel free to try salt and cardamom seeds.
  4. The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
